Digital Analyst

• Customer analysis using combination of internal and external data
• Work cross-functionally with the business team in analyzing customer segments and uncovering key, actionable insights about users and behaviors
• Assist in the implementation and on-going support of GA360, Google Optimize, and GTM , ensuring that events and other key parameters are being set up in a way that will result in accurate, meaningful measurement
• Develop a web analytics roadmap that prioritizes learning, personalization, and marketing optimization
• Experience designing and executing A/B tests, and providing statistical analysis and insights from the results
• Experience with effective communication of analytical outputs to stakeholders, including development of data summaries, visualizations, and other storytelling methods
• Campaign optimization - managing the flow of data into sales and marketing campaigns
• Optimize customer segments based on profile, engagement, and purchases and analyze lifecycle and lifetime value for all members.
• Website reporting and analysis to support strategic recommendations for optimizations.
• 3+ years of experience is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in marketing, economics, finance, business administration, or a related field. Advanced degree a plus.
• Working knowledge of Google analytics, Google Tag Manager:
• Experience establishing design and structure around how to use Google Analytics development and reporting purposes.
• Managing an onboarding process, How to setup the account including properties/views/segments, Helping developers understand how to use Google Analytics in their development process.
• Background in quantitative analysis, business intelligence, revenue management, sales and marketing enablement, and market research a plus.
• Working knowledge of Qlik Sense/Tableau/PowerBI, SQL, SPSS and Salesforce - a plus
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required
• Experienced in working in a global environment
• Acquaintance with global B2B and B2C consumer product business models, mainly sales, marketing, and customer care aspects.
