Global Talent acquisition manager will take a strategic and operational role to support the continuing growth of the company through attracting and acquiring top talents. Manage the full cycle of a recruitment process in an efficient and productive manor with the accomplishment of the KPIs and to the satisfaction of the hiring managers.
Global TA manager will support HR global processes: HR and KPi's reports, Bonus plans, Annual presentations.
Minimum 5 years of experience as TA Manager
Experience from global and industrial company- an advantage
In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques
Proficient in English
