Responsibilities:
Work with internal teams (developers, business, etc.) to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the system documentation requirements
Write easy-to-understand user guides & FAQs, prepare short Videos and suggest innovative approaches for documenting
Ability to analyze, prepare technical documentation, and coordinate layout and organization
Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience
Explain concepts and processes simply and concisely to help internal and external users understand the process as well as the cross-functional roles and responsibilities for all functions involved
Work across various teams to generate effective materials for the required audience

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree & 2-4 years of related experience
Ability to multitask and balance multiple priorities
Attention to detail
Strong MS Office skills including Word, Excel & Outlook
Video Software experience
Ability to analyze data
Excellent Customer Service skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate and present information
Excellent Hebrew & English

דרישות:
5+ years of experience in technical writing of software documentation
" Native English speaker
" Intense attention to detail
" Ability to grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures
" Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and PowerPoint, including templates
" Experience with Adobe Acrobat tools - an advantage
" Excellent written and verbal communication skills
" Self-motivated with a "can do" attitude
" Experience working independently and with teams
" University/college degree
" Experience with online publishing tools, an advantage
" Experience in creating highly graphical instructions, an advantage
