• Designing, building, and supporting network, security and IT for a small/ medium organizations.
• Microsoft Windows operating systems and core business applications (Active Directory, cloud solutions, applications).
• Linux operating systems and related applications.
• Local and remote desktop management (Windows, Mac, Linux)
• Networking concepts understanding (DNS, Security, HTTP, VPN, Network Security, VLANS, sub netting, etc.).
• Cisco Hardware and Software configurations (switches, routers, Meraki Wireless, Cisco Umbrella, etc.).
• Security equipment (IDS, IPS, SIEM, DLP) identify potential security incidents, threats and vulnerabilities.
• Next-gen firewall appliances (Palo Alto Networks/F5 Networks/ Cisco Systems/ CheckPoint/ etc.).
• Install and support network hardware (cabling, patch panels, switches, routers, access points, etc).
• Install and support local and cloud storage solutions.
• Virtualization platforms and cloud related technologies.
• Mobile devices (iOS, Android) and MDM solutions.
• basic scripting (Bash/ Shell/ Python)
• Customer service skills and must display integrity, friendliness and compassion.
