    Proven experience as a full stack developer for large scale websites.
    Production experience:
    Postgresql and SQL in general.
    Redis/Memcached.
    RSpec: writing unit and integration tests.
    Knowledge of best practices for designing architecture and implementing.
    Experience with git.
    Good understanding of performance issues.
    Quick doer, detail oriented, self motivated and independent.

Nice to have:
    Experience with databases with hundreds of GB of data.
    ElasticSearch, MongoDB.
    RabbitMQ/Kafka.
    Other technologies JVM/Elixir.
    Experience with writing highly scalable distributed systems
    Minimum of 1-2 years experience in RoR.
    Ruby and Rails/Sinatra/Padrino.
    Native level of English.

    Minimum of 3+ years of experience managing software engineering teams.

    Experience delivering all layers of web apps from DB/backend/frontend and their optimizations.
    B.Sc. in computer science (or an equivalent degree).
    Can do and Get things done approach.

Major Advantage:
    Prior experience as an engineering group manager.
    Experience with high load - high-performance production systems, their maintenance, and optimization.
    Experience with Ruby/Ruby on Rails.
